Y-Internet Telephone Services
As a company striving to ensure that our customers have a choice of services that best meet their individual requirements we are proud to offer two methods of providing current and future customers with a true professional telephone service.
Option 1: Home Residential Telephone Service
Y-Internet.com can provide a full telephone service over our wireless network, consequently there is no need for a fixed line telephone connection as required by the likes of Telefonica etc.
All that’s required is one of our more advanced home installations where we will install an Linksys 4 port WiFi and telephone router. This enables you to plug the phone of your choice directly into the Linksys router and instantly enjoy the benefits of a full telephone service with a local telephone number.
The cost for installation of our internet and telephone system is 225 euros plus IVA.
The monthly cost for the telephone line is currently 10 euros plus IVA.
Calls costs to most land lines within Europe are 4 cents plus IVA per minute with per second billing.
For the majority of European mobile calls the cost is 29 cents per minute plus IVA. With per second billing after the first minute.

Option 2 Y-Internet & Vonage
Y-Internet.com have teamed up with Vonage to provide an alternative method of having a telephone service but with a UK number.
The benefits of using Vonage in Spain
- Get a UK phone number to use in Spain
- Select a UK phone number with a dialling code of your choice.
- Unlimited‡ calls within Spain and back to the UK, only £7.99 per month
- Calls to UK landlines are unlimited‡. This means you can make unlimited‡ calls back to the UK and within Spain for just £7.99 per month.
- Get Vonage delivered directly to you in Spain
You can have Vonage delivered to your door within four to six working days, or alternatively get it delivered to the offices of Y-Interent.com so we can help activate the equipment and ensure it is fully working before you attempt to use it.
What do you need to start calling with Vonage?
- A broadband connection as provided by Y-Internet.com or any other broadband provider.
- A telephone (any normal DECT handset will work)
- A credit or debit card
- Start calling as soon as you receive your Vonage adapter which will be delivered to you within 4 to 6 working days.
